I hit a rock and damaged my resonator.So, I had it replaced with a bigger pipe 2". Its a bit raspy, could I have them make a 12 " H OR X pipe to help quiet the flow. Will send pics later of under carriage damage. It has a Borla rear axle exhaust attached. Thanks

Replace the pipe you made with a real resonator, an empty can in the form of a larger diameter pipe or more plumbing is not the answer. Either that or live with it.

What kind of Civic needs an H or X pipe?
Just put a universal resonator on. An exhaust shop should charge around $50 installed, or more if they actually use stainless steel like they should.

H or X ... Huh? What vehicle?

If it were me......... I'd install a Helmholtz exhaust resonator on it

You only need a small silencer in the front half to kill rasp, so replace the pipe with something fit for purpose.
