Found this at Marietta, OH Walmart. I didnít look at everything else, but it looks like they had all super tech oil filters on sale for $2 each also.

That didn't last long and there is no way I am paying $10 a qt at the local ho houses so that's done and dusted. Next.

My Walmart didn't have such a price on that exact oil when I was their earlier today. There are a lot more Euro cars where I'm at than "the river" or Marietta.

Not much of a clearance price considering that they've had Mobil 1 for $22.88 in the past. I guess if you mark it clearance, people will buy no matter what.

Considering what they've jacked up all the other PP to ($27.47/jug), they probably think $21 is a good deal.

Not an amazing clearance price, but when combined with the $2/qt Pennzoil rebate, you can get 2 jugs for for about $22 + tax.

This was not on clearance at my Walmart, neither were the ST filters.

I may go check another Walmart for some tomorrow when I am out running errands. While I don't need it, for ~$2.30/qt, why not.
I think I could use the 0w-40/5w-40 in my bike (I don't think those are energy conserving), and the 5w-30 in my mom's and sisters cars.

0w40 is a popular oil used in Mercedes, BMW and Audi so you could just go buy one of those cars instead so you'd be able to use the oil in it...

Then when people ask you why you bought it, you could say the oil was on sale...

Yeah that hasn't been around hardly much over a year. That's the way it goes with Pennzoil stuff outside of Pennzoil Platinum, Pennzoil Gold, Pennzoil High Mileage or PYB. It doesn't stay around all too long.

Guys: the PYB 10w40 and 20w50 is $10 for 5quart jug at my wal mart. Even PPHM 0W20 was $10 a jug

Saw this at a Walmart we dropped by today.
At $21 less the ten buck a jug MIR, this PP ends up being pretty cheap.
The dexos 1st gen Pennzoil Gold syn blend was eleven bucks a jug and most of the ST oil filters were at two bucks.
Nothing I really needed although I would have jumped on the PPHM 0W-20 at FAMIR.

Right!
After all, as Wolf has told us, you can drive a used mid-level Mercedes for the same money as a new mid-level Hyundai or Kia.
What's stopping you?

Just grabbed the last two 5 quart jugs of Pennzoil Platinum Euro 0W40 on sale. Using the $2.00 a quart rebate -- that brings it down to $11.00 a jug plus tax. Will run this oil in the VW in signature.

saw that today at my walmart BTW if you pull up the lower price (22.47) on the walmart app or website and show it to cashier, they wil match it----did that last week when i went to get PP 10w-30, i was not happy about the $5 increase so i asked and they told me they match walmart website and app prices
