Well, I have come to appreciate having a clean & painted garage floor.
So that means parking my vehicle outside when it will snow.
I can live with that but wanted an easier way to clean the snow off.

This is what I just ordered and should have in a Week.
It the Snow Joe.

Looks like a lot easier than using the brush type.
Anybody have one of these ?
How do you like it ?

Man, that looks worse for your paint than a California water blade and that wrecks it even after a wash, can't imagine dragging something across my paint in winter with salt etc.

Garages are meant to be used. My garage floor looks awful; however, our vehicles are immaculate after a snow storm and just that much warmer to boot.

Our vehicles are out to be rained on now, since it'll be 40+ with heavy rains over the next 24 hrs. Otherwise, it's in the garage.

Isn't the point of painting your garage floor to enable it to be cleaned easily? I plan on painting my garage floor next spring, if I can find a decently-priced coating.

You got that right, first time I used it the male threaded plastic piece came loose inside the pole so it would spin along with the head so I replaced it with a cheap aluminum painters pole from wally.

I have a push broom on my porch at home that I will use in a pulling toward me motion.

I have a 16" push broom. I found it in the trash yrs ago. Soft synthetic bristles. Current handle is a 6' I pick up the scraper brush combos as needed. The first thing I do is to start the car and run max defrost. By the time the car is warmed up I hardly need the scraper.

That's what I use too, ~30" wide and you can clear the whole car in 30 seconds. Push, pull, sometimes bash if there's been snow and then freezing rain, I couldn't care less about any small scratches potentially from dirt in the broom.
