I AM LOST! Need sleuths! What fuse for dash light

2008 Scion Xb. "The box". aka "the Toaster" ...
For the life of me I cannot find online what fuse and where is the dash lights fuse (guages/CEL/cruise)

If anyone helps me find the actual fuse and location for those lights... I will take you out for a steak dinner when you next visit LaCrosse,Wi.

It is usually not the fuse. Common problems are having all the bulbs burnt out, which can happen after a few years of driving with them fully bright, and a bad dimmer control.

The CEL should be on the ignition circuit and really independent from the illumination.

7.5A fuse labeled "PANEL" in the interior fuse box, left side of the dash. Up underneath. If the cover is missing, it's the second fuse from the bottom, right side column of fuses. There should be a 10A directly below it and 2 blanks above it.

There’s also a fuse box under the hood by the battery. At least in my Scion tC.
