So is this just a heavier duty version of 274? How does each differentiate for intended purpose? Would this be a better or heavier duty option for automotive wheel bearings?

The td sheet explains it better than I. 219 synforce was designed for high shock loading, high pressures, in equipment with exposure to hot and cold with high amounts of water and dirt. Designed to compete with the calcium sulfonate and calcium sulfonate complex greases. Its roll stability test astm d-1831 and water washout astm d-4048 tests are where it outperforms vs. the 274.

Someone at Craig Station hike up to the tripper deck and pump those coal conveyor Marland backstops full of this new Schaeffer's lubricant.

Sounds like a good luck for greasable truck joints.
