I would enter the part number into eBay and then order the lowest price including shipping from a seller with good feedback. I often times beat the local dealer price that way.

My experience with choosing fiber vs metal is that for low torque applications fiber works better. Even with brass I have trouble getting a good seal in a 12 ft/lb application. Fiber (either gray or black), no problem. Nylon works good for those too. On oil drain plugs at around 27 ft/lbs or greater I like metal washers, they seal just fine and hold up better. Fiber is kinda ok, nylon is horrible on those.

Matchbook cover became a gasket for my chainsaw one day in the woods. My Toro has a philips head screw for a bowl drain. I like copper Fiber is fine for small stuff I guess.

I was gonna say it sounded like paperboard time.
