Lists of API GL-5 and MT-1 approved gear oils?

I don't know of any lists...

But Mobil Delvac 75W-90 is all you need for most anything requiring GL-5 + MT-1.

Castrol Syntrax 75W-90 is also dual rated but doesn't shift as well.
 
What is the application?

MT-1 is usually for non-syncho transmissions.
and possibly some types of axles.

Approvals come from the manufacturers.

We formulate to develop gear lubricants to satisfy manufactures' gear systems.

Most GL-5 gear lubes are designed to also satisfy Heavy-Duty rated MT-1, non-synchronized, gear boxes.
 
SAE J2360 AND MT-1 contains performance requirements that exceed those of API Category GL-5.
For example, SAE J2360 has requirements for elastomer compatibility and gear cleanliness after oxidation that are not contained in API GL-5.

A lot of GL-5 oils doesn't have SAE J2360 and MT-1.

So you were asking about a list and now you know of a list of GL-5 oils that doesn't have SAE J2360 and MT-1?

Rationale:
Manufacturers of commercial and military driveline components rely on this industry standard to define a minimum level of performance for use in the qualification of lubricating oils that are used in their equipment. SAE J2360 provides a consistent set of requirements for such qualification processes.
