Going to be doing a oil change on the sister in laws Pilot. It takes 0w20. Was think of using QSUD any other recommendation it’s going to run 7500 miles witch is it OCI.

QS is the easy recommendation.

I haven't liked Valvoline Synpower 5w30, but the 0w20 has been great in our past Subaru and my Honda Fit. Not the 5w20 but the 0w20.

If that was my Pilot I'd sub 2 quarts 5w30 of the sump for the 0w20.

Does she know that car has a weak structure in frontal impacts? '
Big Box of Air (and thin mild steel) as I call them?!

I had two UOAs done on the 2016 Pilot running M1 0w20AFE for around 3500-3800mi. Wear metals looked fine although vis down quite a bit along with elevated fuel dilution. There was some TBN left it although I won't run past 5k this time around, that's pretty much the max I'd feel comfortable running it given previous UOA results. Just FYI, my car is being short tripped and doesn't see much of the highway. Hope this helps
