Work Shop Oil Filter?

I have never seen this type of BOSCH oil filter. Is it like a "jobber" oil filter?

This is a basic Purolator oil filter branded as a Bosch.

Think Promotive, or Quaker State, or any lower end Purolator jobber filter. Specs are a little weird too-they state 97.5% @ 20 microns, then show a 30 micron rating in the spec table??

I am running one currently. The inside metal tube has stamped out holes
Seems like a purolator classic to me. I grabbed two for around $1.10 each!

The box it comes in is just yellow, says bosch and the size
Basic but it works just fine i think
