HELP, Can't Find PVC Valve for 2010 Avalanche

You might try searching for a PCV valve instead (Positive Crankcase Ventilation). PVC stands for Polyvinylchloride, your basic plumbing pipe.

It looks like the same basic valve Chevy has been using forever... Shouldn't be more than a few bucks and EVERY auto parts store probably has at least one in stock.

does it actually have one? Some cars don't have a PCV valve

If you are speaking of the orifice type, they do not require replacement. Usually they need cleaning only.

You can simply shoot carb cleaner down the tube for a while or run a can of kreen through the fuel and oil as directed.

This is a common problem on our high mileage trucks here (GM).
