Pentosin dct fluid in regular manual trans

I got a steal on some pentosin ffl-2 dct full synthetic 75wt. I have a Ford F-250 with zf6 six speed trans I was thinking about putting it in the Truck trans. A dct trans I figure is basically an automated manual with synchros and gears so I don’t feel it would be incompatible but wondering if it would be bemeficial

I think it would have advantages exceeding Mercon V, and has about the same viscosity.

The Pentosin FFL-3 is suitable for use as an MTF, meeting the MTL-5 requirements by BMW.

Totally different application, but the 6-speed Getrag manual transmission in my Focus is spec’d for Motorcraft DCT fluid.

Cool thanks guys. I’m thinking I’ll be ok then, I’ll update you once the changeover occurs I just changed the trans fluid last week so it’ll be a bit before I need to swap it again.
