I picked up a few of these on Clearance at Wal-Mart. To date, I've only used the AC Delco PF2130 in this engine. Before I use the XG8765, I thought I'd post and see if anyone has had any problems with these filters. Thanks!

The 3.6l isnt super picky. My parents have owned a Traverse 3.6l for several years and he uses Supertech or fram filters (hes a tightwad) and its been happy for 140k miles now

I am currently running a Fram Ultra on my wife's 3.6 Impala but I have been told I am way over filtered for the OCI's I plan on doing (6-8000 km's) Going forward, and for peace of mind, I am likely going to run Fram Tough Guards based on my OCI's.
If you are planning on doing similar, or less OCI's, I'd say your likely good, but that can also be dependent on the conditions you drive in? (Hwy/city/both)
