Unless it is a regular price "Rollback", Walmart's pricing policy will not refund price differences for "Clearance" bought items. Only way around that is to return the previously bought clearance items for refund and repurchase the lower priced clearance item again.

boohoo so it is 95% efficiency i have ran those filters for 10,000 miles with out a hick up.
