So, I've read the Valvoline full-syn (with and without ML technology) UOA's of the past versions. Usually excellent results and very low wear metals. Even so, there is often mention of lower than avg TBN at x,xxxx miles.
So, with the newer "improved" Gen-2 specs (which it meets), can we safely assume this oil would go 10,000 miles per manufacturer's recommendation...if I am not talking about turbo, DI, or crazy severe?

Each vehicle is different.
Try 7,500 and send in a used oil analysis.
Let us know the redults please!

I agree with the above. Draw a sample for uoa at 7500 to determine the viability but it should be good for 10k.

Cannot see signatures any longer so it doesn’t matter.
