Cobra backup camera foggy?

It rained for a week and was about 40 degrees the whole time and the camera got moisture in the lenses. Now it dried out but has this smudge that shows up on the screen. The lenses is clean I checked.

Can I take it apart and clean the lenses from the other side?

It's more a moisture problem inside the lense

It's only going to get water in it again. You should either warranty it out or replace with something better.

Can you just get a new camera and keep the existing screen?
