What is the base Viscosity of common oils like a 5w-20 or 30 before Viscosity modifiers are added?

Here's a mobil blend guide for their PAO product.

Calculating across
5.6, 5.3, 5.1, 7.0, 6.7, 6.9, 8

That is just the base oil viscosity - you're not accounting for the viscosity of the DI pack. Not sure if the OP wanted this or not.

LOL, can only work with the tools I've got...but yes, you are 100% correct.

But even still, assuming the same DI pack, the trends are the same (same percentages), and the NOACK demonstrates it also
