My friend's Jaguar needs a new fuel pump.

He took it to a shop and they told him that its a tough job.
He told me its going to be an arm and a leg to get the fuel pump because its hard to access.

Is this job really that bad?
Is this job a DYI?

Would like to know if anyone here has heard of the fuel pump being difficult to access on this Jaguar.
Video doesn't really help.
