About a year ago I witnessed a Ford modular V8 with its valve covers off to replace the valve cover gaskets it had 325,000 miles and the motor was spotless! The owner used Valvoline Synpower 5w30 changed around 7,500 miles since new. Not that other oils would not do the same I'm just saying the Synpower worked.

Yeah and my picture of using Amsoil for 300K miles in my Santa Fe got dismissed as being too clean.

I can tell you that it is the Daily Protection Valvoline Full Synthetic that was only sold at Meijer stores for a few months than discontinued, not sure if that's it but could be.
TOTO.

Can you confirm it was the same viscosity as the other two? If so, that’s very interesting.

Other than marketing what makes Pennzoil better than Valvoline?
