Used Sony Digital Walkman off eBay. I have three and they all work great

They also have factory refurbs, if you send them a dead one. So, you can buy a dead one and send it in. Get a new one for $70 or so

I segregate my music styles into Country (on the black one), Blues (on the blue one - duh), and Rock (on the red one). As I'm listening (depending on mood), if I hear a glitch in a song, I know which compilation to go to and since the Sony displays all the tag data, I know which song.

Not all machines play in order off the file name. Some use other tag data fields, so it is a pain to get get them to play in order. Sony, you just alter the first character or add a number and and it's good.

The FM is decent. Amazing what they have done with fractal antennas
