This is it. It is funny cause I was massaging it just recently, and it was tender but didn't hurt. Now I see how I need to not only massage it on the regular and routine but warm it up. Wanted to add that it got cold here but just within the past week (I know, we don't get Autums here, just 2 seasons, hot and kinda cold) so that didn't coolness didnm't help with the lack of warm-up. anyway, enjoyed all the posts so if I didn't quote you, it's all-inclusive.
To the person whose sister popped both, ouch but love the passion inside her.
For the person who said tendinitis, it is cause I originally hurt it hopping down on a ladder in the cold trying to get a squirrel out of an attic.
For the guy who asked if I won, I usually do but I dropped that one and was 1 and done!! Ohhh the agony of defeat, ouhhhh (referencing the commercial now)
