And look at that C4 oil, low SAPS (< 0.5% SA), high HTHS (> 3.5 cP) and Noack volatility < 11%.

This is the lowest volatility of any ACEA sequence yet. It reminds me of a Porsche C30 or VW 504 / 507 OEM oil. They are usually built to a very high standard, and typically PAO based (the ones I have seen anyway).

Well, current C4-12 has already complied with the requirements above.
Can I safely infer both the base oil type and add pack of a C4 are really top tiers in the market?
