bad plug

Is that a spark plug fouled with leaded fuel deposits?

Kind of cryptic picture and title.. until I noticed the forum subsection.
 
How many hours on the plugs since they were last cleaned. If my eyes aren't deceiving me, it looks like the porcelain is cracked. You got your money's worth out of that plug as the center electrode has the football shape of a high time plug. What engine did the plug come from?

BTW, not my airplane, just working on the annual inspection.
 
Not the worse fouling I've seen, but that plug has seen a full life.

I like fine wires, $$ but worth it in our experience.

What is the plug mounted in for the picture?

A plug caddy, a darn handy device! The cracked insulator really surprised me.
