Anybody have any contact info for these scum? ordered a bunch of parts that had rebates from Rock Auto. autolite plugs where almost free bought some air filters, cabin filters, and oil filters to use for short oci vehicles.Sent in rebates got autolite back 6 weeks ago on a credit card fram said the receipt wasn't dated and it didn't know which retailer I bought from even tho it was a Rock Auto receipt clearly showing both lol.

From your side of the story, it sounds like a rebate customer service issue. IMO, I'd try to ask them again, and emphasizing that the information they want is on the receipt..?

Only Fram guy I know on here is Jay Buckley. Look him up on the forums, or google him. He is pretty active and does respond to emails.

Good Luck to you.

I did a couple of Fram rebates 2 yrs ago (filters) and had no issue. But I'm not a fan of having to mail cardboard box pieces and original invoices via the mail. Once lost or misplaced, you're out of luck. Much prefer the on-line method of uploading a photo of your invoice. Then you receive a confirmation number. Nothing can get "lost" for good as you proof of the submission and all the original documents. Always keep copies, no matter what you send off.

In any event, I'd call Fram Rebate Center and hash it out.

Anytime I have had a rebate denied I first verify I sent the correct information. If I did then I file a complaint with the States attorney generals office, make a copy of my filled complaint, and send it with the rebate information back again. Has never failed me yet.

Rebate form says to contact www.rewardsbymail.com or 800-338-7171 I'd call to start the ball rolling that an error occurred processing your rebate request and you have the documentation to prove it

Hopefully you have copies of all pertinent information saved. I've done many mail in rebates in my life and had difficulty with only one last year with QSUD/SOPUS. As is my SOP I had copies of everything, and after getting two bogus reasons for denial over the phone, rep finally agreed they had made the error. As I was looking at copies of all data on the call, just corrected rep at each point of dispute.

Looks like the toll free number now posted. In similar situations, if possible I find talking to a human works best.

Good luck.

I bought a Fram oil filter and cabin air filter last August from RockAuto. Got the $4 Fram rebate last week.

Not a fan of cutting and mailing UPC off boxes, but some like Monroe/Tenneco only do it that way if it's a do it yourself shock install. Got my rebate from Tenneco no problem, but they could have easily denied it, and I would have no recourse other than sending in pictures or copies of the UPC.

I called they said they would review it.They said they sent 6.00 for the cabin filters even though I ordered it 3 months ago. They must have just sent it lol.The lady was rude and I explained if you sent one rebate all the receipts looked the same so if one was good why wouldn't the other? STUPID.
