RECOMMENDATION
We advise that you check for the source of water entry. We
recommend that you drain the oil from the component if this has not
already been done. We recommend an early resample to monitor this
condition. Please note that there was too much water present in the oil
to perform an accurate viscosity test.
WEAR
Gear wear is indicated.
CONTAMINATION
There is a high concentration of water present in the oil.
FLUID CONDITION
The oil is no longer serviceable due to the presence of contaminants.

That is about 18oz or more water.

Which would explain high iron.
What operating conditions..

The real takeaway here is the water in the oil needs corrected.

Slow moving gearbox over a large tank of water, sun beats on it all day, water cools it from underneath. We typically pull 3 to 5 gallons of condensate out per week in the summer, 1 to 2 during cooler months. It's the evil of this set-up, not sure there is a fix??
