I wouldn't use it on my lawnmower. Looks expensive and anything "waterless" can easily introduce scratches and swirls. While I prefer hose washes I have used rinseless (different) washes in the winter months with good success but only when the vehicle isn't too dirty. That being said I wouldn't bother
 
For a waterless wash I would go with Optimum products. I’m not sure how they could get lubricity in a spray can and that is really important for this method of washing cars.
