Wow! I'll have to keep en eye out for it. That's definitely the Whole Foods on 20th St & Highland. My grandparents live on 22nd St south of Campbell and I'm there everyday.
 
Just need the fake woodgrain to complete the look!!!

Didn't think those POS's could haul enough to need a tag axle though....

Since it's FWD would they both be tag axles? Kinda? I looks well done, if mis-directed.

That's where it was sited! First time I've seen it and I live in the area. Have you seen the old lady with the beehive hairdo driving the '70 Cutlass? I usually see her around 20th St and Camelback.

Whoever did the work on this thing had a lot of talent and a lot of time, it looked really good. I think it was originally an '87 or '88 Mini-Ram cargo van. I can't figure out the dual axle though...other than, why not!
