Flat spotting, some tires do it more than others. My Michelin A/S3+ are really bad for this. No amount of air pressure makes a difference.

My m3 with Continental ExtremeContact DW tires does this after sitting overnight, especially as the temps (finally) get a little cooler around here. Once I get on the highway it clears up quickly.
