Does anyone know what the "Min T" column means in the Lubrizol relative performance tool means. I know what all the others mean (HTHS, SA, S, P) but I can't guess the meaning of min T.

After playing with it with A3/B4 over the different iterations it shows, I would say it's minimum TBN.

Thanks Garak.

There certainly is a big difference in this figure for the various different oil specifications. Most of the ACEA specs (A3/A4 for example) have a minimum of 8.0, whereas dexos (1 and 2) have a minimum of only 0.6. Could a dexos rated oil really have a VOA TBN of only 0.6? Seems too low.
