I thought I would remain objective and e-mailed Synlube. I asked them if they could provide me with a basic VOA and that I wasn't asking for proprietary secrets.

Below is the response: lol (Can't even spell proper English)

here is 450 pages of information on our website, so start with the simple things like FAQ

I told them to pound sand! I almost regret posting. Don't want to give them any advertisement.

What was spelled incorrectly? Syn-cerely? Thats a play on "SynLube".

As for boycotting a product because some low paid customer service rep speaks English as a Second Language sounds like a serious over-reaction to me but to each their own.

I have no experience requesting VOAs from lubricant companies, is this a request they usually cooperate with?

Thanks

My point was the lack of professionalism. I've sent request to other companies: Pennzoil etc. I'm guessing the reviews I read are correct about the company. Not sure about the map!

OK....now I have read several pages of their website and all I can say is anyone who actually orders their products should be too embarrassed to admit it here on BiTOG because it is an obvious scam company.

Yeah, we've had "true believers" over the years here...what they promise is not in the customer's best interests.

When a very small insignificant company that never gains a foothold in their own self-proclaimed market, claims to know and do things that no other company can even begin to approach no matter how vast their resources and experience might be, one has to wonder what's going on and seriously consider taking a pass on their offerings.

(How's that for a run-on sentence? Care to help by expanding this run-on rant to its full potential?)

There's a blast from the past. LOL I thought they folded that bogus operation up years ago.
