I use in my car and my Motorcycle the Glysantin G30 (Aluprotect).
But in our Hondas in the Company is the Honda blue liquid.
Is Type 2 and VW G12+ (TL 774 F) mixable without any disadvantages?

These two coolants are not the same. I personally would NOT mix them. The Honda coolant would be along the lines of a Pentosin A3 product and the VW coolant would be along the lines of the Pentosin SF product.

Chemically they're different. If I had to settle for only one coolant then I'd choose the Honda coolant over the VW TL-774F. This is an old offering and has been superseded by G13 (TL-774 J). Choose either but don't mix.

Honda Type 2 is a typical Asian PHoat or Phosphated OAT AF. It has no silcates, amines, nitrites, or borates.

Using PentoFrost look up G12 looks 'similar' but contains no phosphate (doesn't mention borate free). Personally 'I' would not mix them. In the Honda I'd use Type 2 or other similar PHOAT. If you want to use G12 in the Honda, I'd only do it with complete flush/exchange. Same if wanting to use Type 2 in non Honda, only with complete flush/exchange.
