Does PA have any tobacco industry, and therefore a trade group that would have pushed for this tax?

People are going to get their nicotine.. would you rather smell a bunch of fruity or sweet scents or smell the rancid odor of cigarettes?

Liberal government and bureaucrats never saw a tax they didn't like.

They should call it the popcorn lung tax....well for those chemicals that contain diacetyl anyway...

What, something unfair caused by the (huge and powerful) tobacco lobby against their main competitor? Impossible!

40% IS a pretty steep rate; I winder what the rate is on the tobacco...

Been having to buy my stuff in Maryland, good thing its close. You also have to pay the tax on online purchases even if the company is out of state. Found that out the hard way a while back.

If they were Italian, it would be called mafia racketeering. But since it's government, it's A-ok.

Several European countries are finding a big reduction in smoking with vaping. Far more control of ingredients.

Always found the quality of local vape shops to be poor, and the e-juice downright gross.

Have had much better results from the online outfits.
