The other day the dryer drum belt busted. In the process of replacing it I decided to clean out the entire machine. I vacuumed and blew out all the nooks and crannies and the exhaust pipe.
After a new belt was put in and it was running like new again I was looking at the exhaust going outside.

Is there a 'better' way to exhaust it outside? Straight out with louvers seems more efficient.
