That is 10 ppm sulphur, I consider that low. Temperature is no problem.
Both ESP oils listed should work, plus the full SAPS M1 0W40 A3/B4. We don't get 0W40 ESP here (only 0W30 ESP and 5W30 ESP) it must be unique to your market. Avoid regular M1 5W30 as it's a ILSAC GF-5 oil.
I like the M1 5W30 ESP.
