Our 2015 Grand Caravan needed a second dealership visit to address an issue. First one was a freezing nav unit, this time it was a noisy front blower motor. The motor would operate normally and noise free during short trips, but after about an hour it would start squeaking at low fan speeds.
Fortunately, just like with the freezing nav issue, my local dealer was great about it and fixed it under warranty with absolutely no hassles. I explained that the noise only starts after about an hour of driving and that it disappears once the front climate zone is turned off. I also showed the service writer as well as their mechanic a video recording of the noise. They replaced the blower motor based on that video.
I don't recall reading any complaints about blower motors on these vans, so I will chalk this up as manufacturing defect.
