Need to recover a password

Could anyone suggest me a proper way to recover Microsoft Outlook password? I have forgotten it.

Outlook is simply an email client. The password would be with whoever hosts your email. What is the host of your email? If it's your internet provider, then I'd start with them.

No, you can set up a password on outlook as well.

The password will be stored somewhere on the drive in the cache but even then it would most likely just be a hash and you would still need to convert that.

If it's for the email address you are administering with Outlook you could just use that email provider's password recovery process.
