Apologies for being redundant but I wanted to make sure this link was not missed. It's worth it to have in your quiver.

I thought I would add this link to FAA powerplant manuals (and other manuals). They have updated the maintenance manuals over the past few years and I, at least, think they are well done (ooo, looky at all the colors..). At any rate some of this kind of knowledge might be helpful in assisted annuals so we could save some bux. Some of it is basic but I hope it will be helpful.

Just to be clear though, these aren't the airframe nor power plant "Maintenance Manuals" that contain work instructions for repair, nor for return-to-service of the airplane. Your Subject line seemed to indicate the latter.

Good catch. Yes, these are the "Handbooks" so generalized information with charts, diagrams, etc. Although there are specifics these strike me more as system level familiarization. You can branch out to other manuals from here. Thanks for pointing that out. Enthusiasm got me I guess.
