My dad got an oil change on his honda accord with honda fully synthetic oil from the dealer. Who makes the fully synthetic oil for honda?

Technically, now it is Phillips 66.

Why is the car not running rght? When you get bulk oil from the dealer, you will get the minimum oil that meets spec.

If you want more than that you need to pay the upcharge for the bottles or DIY.
