We bought a new pressure washer at work a month ago, 3000 psi. Works great and the lil Honda knock off engine runs fine. It calls for straight 30 or 10W30. I ran the factory fill for 5 hrs or so, drained it and filled it up with Havoline straight 30 and ran that for another 10 hrs and drained it and it now has Rotella 15W40 which I'll use from here on out at 25 hr intervals. It gets a good bit of use. I called MI-T-M and they said I need to use Straight 30 non detergent pump oil in the pump. I couldnt find any locally so I used some Napa straight 30 non detergent ISO 100 oil. I havent ran it yet it with the Napa oil as I just changed it today. Should it work fine with the Rotella and the Napa 30, or should I switch to a 30 weight for the engine and different oil for the pump?

Both of those will be fine.
I would not change the pump oil so soon. Once every few years would be fine.
