Saab 9-5 Brake Torque Specs

I'm about to do a front brake job on my 05 9-5. I have found two specs for the carrier bolts, 87 ft/lbs and 103 ft/lbs plus 45 degrees. I have found 21 ft/lbs for the caliper guide pins.

The lower 87 spec seems to be for earlier models. I think the 103 plus 45 degrees is right for my car, but what's with this plus 45 degrees stuff? Why don't they give a fixed value?

It's a torque to yield stretch bolt, which means you need to replace them every time you remove the caliper carrier
