The new trigger nozzle stinks. Get the old style cans if you can. My Home Despot has only the new cans.

The new nozzle lays down a spotty, uneven spray, uses more product, and is harder to modulate.

The old nozzles provided a nice, finely-atomized mist that was easy to meter out and not waste product.

Like a bad spray paint can versus a proper spray gun.

Since their release I've always just kept the wipes in the car. Nice to have clean glass on demand.

I bought one of their trigger bottles a few years ago. I agree that it sucked, went back to the aerosol cans.

Get two microfiber cloths. Dampen one with the glass cleaner of your choice. Wipe or scrub the glass with the damp one and follow immediately with the dry one. In most cases you can use the damp one with water only.

I always spray onto newspaper outside of the car so no big deal to me...

I agree, that's why I liked the aerosol cans. But the new nozzles are almost as bad.

You can always buy a nicer spray bottle somewhere else and just pour their fluid into it.
