They are due for their Fall rebate (expires Oct 2017), but this isn't their typical rebate site.

This is the same company that ran the "rebate research" web site for the last rebate I submitted. I have a bad feeling that their performance on that one (I believe it was the spring rebate) sets the precedent that Mobil's rebates are now going to be slow like many others. It took me nearly three months to receive my spring rebate check. I guess Mobil went with the lowest bidder.

Thanks.
No wonder i could not find it on m1 site.
But then i cant find shell rebate site either.

Both m1 and shell do honor the rebates so that is good.

Makes sense. Thanks for the clarification.

Yes, mine took quite a while too. I was able to take advantage of the Rotella rebate and get the check before my XOM rebate. The XOM rebate was submitted in either March or April?

The XOM rebates used to take about three weeks for me, three times in a row. Then, the fourth one took a little longer, maybe four or five weeks. The last one was bad and that was when I noticed the Arrowhead Promotions logo on the research page. My submission didn't even show up as received for well over five weeks, though, I did get an email confirmation when I initially submitted it. I guess Mobil rebates are now going to be the "submit and try to forget about it" type now.

Purchased 5-gal bucket of Mobil Delvac-1 for $120 on last day of rebate 5/30/17.

Submitted online and received $60 rebate check in the mail 45 days later.

sometimes they batch process rebates.. so if you sent it in very early in the rebate period it takes forever...they just hold on to it for awhile.

if you send it in when the rebate is almost over... its faster.
