Generally, C3 should not work, because HTHS is too high. When M1 ESP 5w-30 was first on our shelves, it had the ILSAC rating, too, which seemed peculiar. The phosphorus limits are obviously within reason.
 
Ravenol is a large, reputable company. I would say it's definitely possible. Shoot them an email and ask them about it.
 
No, it cannot. It could meet Api SN , GF5 and ACEA C1/C2. Based on a additive package and dynamic viscosity, not on the actual performance.
