Walmart has the 0W20 and 5W30 on sale for $39.84

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Mobil-1-Annual-Protection-0W20-5-qt/55502860?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=0&adid=22222222227000000000&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=c&wl3=42423897272&wl4=aud-310687322322:pla-51320962143&wl5=9010836&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla_multichannel&wl10=8175035&wl11=online&wl12=55502860&wl13=&veh=sem

Deduct the $10 Mobil 1 Rebate and you officially have it for $29.84 (plus tax).

Since Mobil 1 isn't offering any serious rebates for their other products, this may be a good time to test out a Mobil 1 / Fram Ultra Synthetic combination. I would have done it for my Prius if I hadn't changed the oil six weeks ago.

Thanks for the link - the reviews at Walmart.com are hilarious!

Reviewer 1 - "oil went in easily"

Reviewer 2 - "decreased horsepower and mpg"

Reviewer 3 - "4k and the oil sensor monitor at 44%. I will have to change the oil when it reaches 11k rather than the expected 20k"

That last one is amusing on more than one count.

I'm waiting until $30, THEN XOM needs to offer a $15 rebate. I would bite then. I'm only ru. I'm only going to run it 5k though.

I bought 2 jugs of M1 0w40 FS one year apart at Walmart for $24, and got the rebate of $12 two years in a row.

Still have em waiting.

I have one car with 5.5 years and 6k miles; maybe I should change and send a UOA?

Haha this one was my favorite. "The Rebel Chick". There's just something about a girl and *lubrication* wink

I received Mobil 1 Annual Protection motor oil, a Mobil 1 Extended Performance oil filter, and compensation from ExxonMobil as part of a sponsored program. All opinions are my own. This oil went in easily and I am really excited about not having to change my oil for a year! My Focus hommy. I buy synthetics cheaper and run them about 5k. I'm NOT convinced that the oil would go longer and even if it does...who cares. Cheap synthetic oil 5k miles is my thing. It's my money, my choice.....

Must be a Focus RS, at that interval, "hommy (sic)"

No, zts. Is the RS a performance version? I wouldn't mind an ST, that's for sure.

You got that right. When you can buy 3x 5-quart jugs of Valvoline Synthetic for under $30 on occasion, why on earth would anyone spend ten dollars more on just ONE jug?

Maybe on a lightly driven pre-DI and no VCM Honda I would.
