Lexus ls400 suspension bushing help with video

1995 LS400 Left rear side
Symptoms are a loud bang/clunk when hitting a speedbump at anything more than the slowest crawl
or when they cut the black top and leave a 3 inch right angle to drive over..
Here is the video.
Could this be my problem?
If so how can I replace this bushing?

Just match the part at the part store or RockAuto or stealership.

Looks like a Ball Joint? I am not a suspension expert.

You just have to check Youtube on the process to change it.
