$640k and 5,600 square feet? No thanks, that thing needs to be completely gutted and remodeled. Probably a minimum of $100k to make it somewhat modern.

Same here.

Joking aside, a place like that would sell for 4 or 5 times that amount up here in Canada.

A steal honestly

I love the pool area and layout of the property. The house needs at least a huge kitchen and flooring upgrade.

I am glad that I am not living over the pond.....you dont have the taste for buildings/houses.....

Everything is fake.....from fake deers on the jard......artificial wooden facade....concrete around your house instead of grass (ok its Cali in that case...so no green grass ther but ok) ...and you are over exaggerating everywhere......a ranch for two elderly persons...[censored].....what were they playing hide and seek every day just for fun?

It's all about location. 5600 sqft would probably be around 3M up here in a good district, and torn down to build 4 townhouses in its place.

You say that like it's a bad thing! I miss two major things about my old house; one is the steam-radiator heating. The other is fixtures that I have some confidence will not break the next time I use them! The
My ceiling fan ran 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for thirty years. I bought a replacement, because I thought it finally wore out. When my wife and I went to replace it, imagine our surprise: it worked perfectly. It was the control on the wall that had failed! (I had to replace it, because the control was NS1, the new one would not control the old fan, and the height meant any other control was not practical.)
