Delo 10W30 Pour point -46C, MRV @ -30C is 20400 Mpa.s. Details here https://cglapps.chevron.com/msdspds/PDSDetailPage.aspx?docDataId=479606&docFormat=PDF
Delvac 1300 10W30 Pour point -33C, MRV @ -30C is 18600 Mpa.s. Details here https://www.mobil.com/English-US/Commercial-Vehicle-Lube/pds/GLXXMobil-Delvac-1300-Super

In spite of Delo being a synthetic blend and having a much lower pour point, it is a thicker oil at -30C?

Also both Delvac 10W30and 15W40 have the same pour point of -33C, which is odd. When I phoned Tech support at Mobil says the pour point values are correct.

I wasn't aware Delo's ISOSYN was considered syn or syn blend, and maybe Mobil's "severely hydro-processed base stocks" are close enough to synthetic to narrow the gap. I would use whichever I could get easily, for the right price, all day long.

Just brain storming, but I have a feeling Delo uses a heavier base stock and less vii, with their heavy numbers.

One of the oil formulators on BITOG could explain why an oil with a higher pour point could have a lower MRV reading.
But if I was looking for an oil with better cold flow properties, I would pick the one with the lower MRV reading. Delvac 1300 in this case. MRV is a more relevant measurement to what actually happens in an engine in cold conditions.

Some of these in 15w40's made with GII+ at around 11% NOACK and +4 HTHS are a great bang for the buck ...

I'll take them over T6 if you don't need 5w ...
