Any thoughts? Is it any good? I have never heard of it.

Klondike have had me interested for ages.

A 0W-40 semi syn, all sorts of other stuff...but also a bit ambiguous in their claims of meets and exceeds.

I've tried their stuff, not bad. I usually stick with Eskimo pie. 🍨

The big question is: who do they get it from before they bottle it?

Maybe an MSDS somewhere......

It's a Westec Distribution blend. They buy their base oil in bulk (Exxon/Mobil or SOPUS) and get their additive packs from Lubrizol.

Their products are cheap to buy. The empty pails of chainsaw bar oil I see left behind in the forest has Burnaby, BC, Canada written on them.
Maybe they picked up an old blending facility from Shell or Esso for a song.
