The operation failed

This is my first post so here goes: When I close Microsoft Project , it pops up with following error, The operation failed.
I get no idea on how to fix it.
Do you have any suggestions on how to fix Project?

Windows 7

Control panel, programs, click on the program in question, click repair. I have a computer at work that requires this for Outlook about once a month.
