Try the oring! LOL if that doesn't work then its bearing wear causing the low pressure. I thought about doing the pump as well but i figured if the oring didn't help there would be zero reason to buy a new pump. Some cases the plunger in the pump for the pressure relief will stick open but that usually cause a zero pressure issue and the computer will shut the engine off. Changing the oring really isn't that hard honestly. If you have any questions let me know
