What about the block and cyl head? The acceptable limits for aluminum is 30 PPM.
 
You should always try to sample and wait for results before taking action on an oil change. I get a feeling that the Lab would have recommended you run the oil longer, had you not changed it.

Good results in my option. 12k should be easy. I used to do 2x cycles of Honda's Maintenance Minder system with my 2014 Civic EX using Synthetic and all was well at 150k miles when it was crashed and totaled. I planned to take it to 250k with ease. Ran awesome.
